Nestinarka

The complex consists of 10 buildings and three townhouses. "Nestinarka" offers studios, one and two bedroom apartments, and apartments on two levels, penthouses and separate homes. The apartments are offered fully finished at turn key level, fully equipped with ready for use bathrooms and air conditioning. Buildings A, B, C and D were commissioned (Act 16). Extremely comfortable complex is designed for year-round use, is in communicative location, close to many restaurants, shops, etc.

The complex is located 100 m from the beach "Nestinarka” in Tzarevo. The complex has swimming pool for adults and children, shop, restaurant, security, reception, green square, free parking zone.

All apartments are with 1 or 2 Nestinarka balconies and superb views of the sea, the pool or the forest. Two apartments are with 2 bedrooms with panoramic veranda on the roof.

Nestinarka Complex. The northern side of the complex borders on the river Cherna. To the southern side of the complex 4-star hotel "TUI" is built. The river passes through the municipality of Tsarevo Veleka (last 10 km). Tsarevo is situated in South-Eastern Bulgaria, 65 km south of Bourgas. On the east there is the Black Sea, to the west it borders on the municipality of Malko Tarnovo, on the South it borders on Turkey and on the North with the municipality of Primorsko. Sandy beaches are specific natural wealth of this area and are widely used for turning the area into touristic destination. Sixteen beaches with a total length of 9184 m. stretched across the length of the municipality and town of Tsarevo is situated on three bays.
