The studio which we are offering is situated on the first living floor of a new-build mansions in the quarter of Sarafovo in the amazing seaside city of Bourgas. The dwelling is disposed on 25 sq. m of living area and offers one room and bathroom. It is unfinished and you can choose flooring, walls and furniture. The studio is located 300 m from the center and 500 m from the beach.
Sarafovo is a quarter of the seaside city of Bourgas, the biggest regional city in South-East Bulgaria. A lot of foreigners have chosen Sarafovo for their permanent home. It is situated on an upland that slopes to the Black Sea. Because of its location, in Bourgas Bay, the average temperature of the sea water is high, which prolongs the tourist season till late October. The beach is wide and long 4 km. The sand is fine and almost black because of the high content of iron, manganese and magnesium. The sea bottom is even and becomes deeper gradually, which is fit for bathing of children and adults with little swimming experience. Sarafovo has extremely beautiful and modern architecture. There hardly is another quarter with such pretty yards and luxuriant exotic gardens. Almost every house is hidden among greenness. Local people took part in  The Gardens of Sarafovo competition. A curious fact for bird-watchers and photographers is the closeness of the Nature Reserve Aleksandrovsko Lake, which can be definitely called a 'bird paradise'. There is an excellent road network from Sarafovo to nearby beach resorts.The quater of SARAFOVO is perfectly situated 10 km from the centre of Bourgas, 25 km from the seaside resort of Sunny Beach and 45 km from the seaside resort of Sozopol.
