House in the mountains, 25 km from the sea, Bulgaria!
Village of Kosti is located in south-eastern Bulgaria, Tsarevo municipality, Burgas region. This is a small picturesque village located on the Strandzha slopes and along the Veleka River.
The house is located on an asphalt street in the middle part of the village, from where a wonderful panoramic view of the river valley and the mountain hills of the Strandzha Mountain opens. The village is located in an ecologically clean area in close proximity to reserves and eco-protected areas, making it a desirable destination for recreation, tourism and living.
The house has two floors – massive, completely plastered, fortified with four reinforced concrete columns. The joinery has been completely replaced with PVC glazing.
