Medovo is a village in southeastern Bulgaria, Municipality Pomorie, District Burgas. The village is 14 km away west of the biggest Black Sea resort on the Bulgarian coast – Sunny Beach and 27 km north of the Regional Center – the city of Burgas and Burgas International Airport, 14 km from Ravda, 19 km from Sveti Vlas and 23 km from Pomorie. The village is located on a hilly slope with North exposure, very close to Biberna peak above Kableshkovo, from where it has a wonderful view of Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Aheloy and Pomorie.
Medovo is at the foot of Aytoska Stara Planina, we have a very mild and favourable climate and many mineral springs. North of it meanders the Aheloy River, on which is located the most beautiful and clean dam in Burgas region ”Aheloy”.
