The house is located in the Strandzha Mountains and has a total area of ​​170 sq.m., of which 30 sq.m. of the terraces. The house was built in 1906, renovated in 2006-2007.
On the ground floor there is a large room with living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a toilet with a washing machine and dryer. The original beams on the ceiling are preserved, everything is made only of wood and stone - the most impressive place in the house.
On the upper floor there is one bedroom, one double room, one single room, bathroom with toilet and sauna. The floor is made of pine wood, plasterboard walls, wood ceilings. All the furniture is made of solid wood, the window frames are made of wood with glass, the lattices of the windows and doors are made of wrought iron. The bathroom has a double steam shower cabin. The veranda has an impressive size - 27 sq.m. On the veranda there are benches and tables from the array, you go down the external stairs to the garden.
In the garden, which occupies an area of ​​500 square meters, there is a barbecue, bungalows and a jacuzzi under a shed, which is open all year round, a large playground under the porch with furniture and an external sink.
