Two kilometers from the village there is a beautiful Kamchia reservoir. The village is surrounded by oak, coniferous and mixed forests.
The house consists of two independent buildings connected by a common wall /semidetached/. The total area of ​​the house is 130 sq.m./ 1400 sq.ft. The house has two entrances, two hallways. Each house has two rooms, a bathroom, a corridor, a shared kitchen. If necessary, you can build a second kitchen, there is communication for this. One house is brand new, the second one is after major repairs. The houses are insulated, the walls are insulated with Styrofoam 10 cm. The floor is insulated with 8 cm thick fibrane, the ceiling is insulated with 10 cm thick mineral wool. In the summer insulation keeps the house cool, and in the winter it retains heat well.
The yard is concreted. In the courtyard there is a large seating area under a canopy. There is a column, barbecue zone. In the garden planted a young garden of 25 trees and shrubs.
