The village of Levka is located in southern Bulgaria in Svilengrard Municipality part of Haskovo Province.
The village is situated in a closed valley of the river Levka in the southern Sakar Mountain. It is 12 km northeast from Svilengrad and 25 km northwest from the city of Odrin in Turkey. The climate of the area is transitional mediterranean, the winters are soft due to the river which opens the way of the worm air from south. The summer is dry and worm and the rains are rare in the spring, the opposite of that the snowing in winter is heavy. Levka is a small river with feeders rising from the villages of Kostur and Lisovo.
